i was looking for a simple quick dinner the other night and tried this out. i grabbed cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and tossed them with minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, some fresh basil. baked them for 25 minutes on 375 and then put them on top of some pasta with parmesan. very tasty! next time i will use more tomatoes, because they were delicious!
