clearly i am not the only one feeling extra tired on this lovely (and hectic) monday!
So very good for the brain!
my brain could use a nap today!!
You should take one! At my advanced age, I have started taking naps on weekends, and sometimes weekdays. Sometimes just 20 minutes is all that is needed for a recharge. I find it hard to sleep after 4am and run out of energy by about 3pm.
if i could just get him to sleep while his big brother is still at school, then i could take a nap 🙂
