i have been working steadily on the squirt’s afghan. i was originally hoping to make it full sized, to cover his bed, but i am starting to feel like that might take a bazillions yards of yarn.
right now i have 10 16″ squares completed, and two squares underway. so the option to finish the blanket at 3 squares x 4 squares is very tempting…
stuffed animals have always been my preference over dolls, so i have been meaning to make some handmade critters for the boys.
i downloaded this pattern from jennifer carson on etsy. i dyed the fabric myself and had a fun, but challenging time putting him together. i was terrified about jointing the limbs, but it turns out it was super fun!
my next project, a baby blanket that looks like captain america’s shield! wish me luck!
