Strange, i thought I’d left a comment! My blonde moments are turning rapidly to senior moments. Anyway, I loved this photo…did he make it to the top OK?

it is still burning! super scary stuff, but fortunately the closest it got to us was 20 miles? it would sure be great if we had a great rain to put the flames out!
completely understand. our last bushfire was 10 years ago, when my eldest boy was just 4 months old. It burnt the rear of the houses across the road. terrifying.
after that experience, and my mum being affected by the black saturday fires in 2009, i would leave early and not risk staying. come summer and we are always on alert for the smell of a nearby bushfire.

oh yeah, he had us all worn out chasing him all over the park!
Saw on the news that Texas is experiencing bushfires. I hope that all is well now.
