a little leftover fusion

we had a long afternoon hanging in the backyard. my little garden gnome spent A LOT of time with the hose and i know the grass got a good soaking.

by the time we got everyone inside and cleaned up, it was late and i wasn’t feel highly inspired by the raw chicken boob in the drawer.  we had leftover chinese from last night, chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, and jalapeno chicken.

i am often torn about my best meal choice.  the sesame chicken doesn’t seem spicy enough and the jalapeno chicken can really bring some heat.  but what if i mixed them together.  enter sesame jalapeno chicken with sugar snap peas (because i had some).  i think this could be big if they offered it on the menu.  it was perfect!!

Did the boys eat it too? Not too hot & spicey for them?
