art journal resolution

i got the coolest book for christmas.  i have always been completely obsessed with journaling, journals, and everything that goes along with it. i just completely suck at keeping my own.

every year i resolve that this is the year i really get myself into the habit.  i know it would be good for me, to make myself a small place for creativity.  plus i know the kids would think it was cool, years and years from now.

so, the new year has rolled around and here i go again!  the great thing about the art journal, is that you don’t have to create a finished product or page every time.  you can just dibble dabble here and there.  maybe i can even find the 25 blank books i have lying around with 5 pages filled in.  i can dream right?

i am participating in the challenge spelled out on this blog.  it would be great if anyone reading this also wanted to play along.  i would love to have some local journalers to play with.  who knows, maybe one day we could go for coffee, and sit and make some art!
